I love this song very much because of the lyric is quite meaningful. This song comes from the film of 'The Preacher's Wife'. I watched that film few years ago. The storyline is about one lady meet a man (The Preacher) during her life time. The storyline seems so bored but they present it in an other way. The film was so touching. Her powerful voices have been hanging in my head for a long time. She can sing from her heart is in one hand. She can handle such a powerful voice in soften mood is another.
I bought the original soundtrack as well. The songs inside have different styles of music arrangement. They re-arranged the old song in Hip Hop style such as spirtual song, 'Somebody Bigger than you and I. They also arranged the song for church choir that interwine with a solo singer improvisation. I love the soundtrack especially 'I Believe in You and Me'. With a simple music arrangement, the audiences can focus on her appealing voices. Everything things have to coopreate even the superstars. If she sings without nice songs and meaningful lyrics, I think the level of loving will be declined.
Sometimes I think that how can they manage their voices like that. It's really a gift from God for different nation.
